Start with the saved invoice#
- Open the checkout result or Plans & billing for the same workspace.
- Read the saved payment status. Use Check payment status again when offered.
- Compare the invoice, currency, network, and amount with the payment provider’s instructions.
- Allow time for provider confirmation. Do not send another payment just because the browser closed or returned early.
What common states mean#
- Waiting or confirming: access has not yet been confirmed by the provider.
- Expired or failed: the invoice did not complete normally. If you sent funds, contact support with the invoice reference before paying again.
- Refunded: access for that paid term may be updated to reflect the refund.
Ask for help safely#
Share the invoice/reference ID, the approximate time, and the status shown in Todoki. A public transaction hash can help locate an on-chain payment. Never share a seed phrase, private key, secret API key, or wallet authorization signature.
