Private and workspace-visible meetings#

A private meeting is available to its owner. Workspace admins do not automatically gain access to another member’s private meeting. A workspace-visible meeting can be accessed by members of that workspace.

Check the sharing controls#

  1. Open the meeting and inspect its current visibility.
  2. If you are allowed to manage its sharing, choose private or workspace visibility deliberately.
  3. Confirm the workspace and intended audience before sharing a link or exporting results.

What permissions apply to#

Meeting permissions apply to the meeting, its linked transcript and outcomes, search, and supported API routes. A copied URL does not grant access. Signing into a different workspace does not make the previous workspace’s private records accessible.

Manage account access carefully#

Members can work with content they are allowed to access. Admins also manage shared connections, membership, invitations, and billing. For data handling and deletion questions, read the Privacy policy or contact support. Do not send passwords, tokens, payment signatures, or private transcripts in a support email.
