Transcribe an audio recording

Upload a small recording when you do not already have a transcript.

Upload your recording#

  1. Open Import meeting and select Upload audio.
  2. Choose a supported audio file, MP4, or WebM under 4 MB.
  3. Add the title and original meeting date if you know them.
  4. Select Extract action items. Transcription and outcome processing run before your result is ready.

For longer recordings#

The audio upload limit is 4 MB. For a larger recording, obtain its transcript or captions and use transcript import. Audio transcription also needs to be configured for the Todoki deployment; a setup message means it is not available there yet.
