Connect the intended account#
- Open Integrations in your Pro or Team workspace as an admin.
- Choose Connect Asana or Connect Todoist and review the requested permissions.
- Check the connected account label and use Verify access.
Choose where the task belongs#
- Review and approve the action in Action inbox.
- Select Asana and choose a workspace and project, or select Todoist and choose a project.
- Review the saved title, evidence, owner, date, and priority before sending.
- Send once and use the receipt link to open the created task.
What gets carried over#
Both tools receive the title, task context, source quote, owner name, and a confirmed due date when available. Names are included as context rather than automatically assigned to a tool account.
Todoist maps High to P1, Medium to P2, and Low to P4. Asana keeps priority in task notes because project priority fields vary.
Sending creates a new task. Later edits in Todoki do not automatically update the external task. If delivery is held or uncertain, inspect the destination before trying another action.
